Using organic and regenerative principals our wines are created underneath our feet and represent the San Joaquin Valley Foothill AVA.

Our reds spend 2–3 years in French, Hungarian, and American oak—because great wine takes time, and we’re not here to fast-track flavor. And our whites? They get just as much love. Fermented in stainless and finished in oak, they stay lush, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. Two styles, one philosophy: let the wine become what it wants to be.

Dorval is in the process of developing California (Organic) olive oil. With our proprietary growing methods we are producing luxury oils for your health and enjoyment.

Not too different from our wines we carefully process our olives and utilize a natural process.

Our hard working sheep help us regenerate our soils and fertilize our vineyards and orchards.

From Egg production to weed management our lovely chickens play an important role in soil health and environmental balance.

FOOD

Members enjoy food gardens where they can purchase food at steep discounts, eat healthy and hopefully save a little from the high costs of grocery produce. (Gardens are under development and will be available in late winter 2026.)
