Our reds spend 2–3 years in French, Hungarian, and American oak—because great wine takes time, and we’re not here to fast-track flavor. And our whites? They get just as much love. Fermented in stainless and finished in oak, they stay lush, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. Two styles, one philosophy: let the wine become what it wants to be.

The olive groves are the beginning of our delicious proprietary olive oil blend

Dorval is in the process of developing California (Organic) olive oil. With our proprietary growing methods we are producing luxury oils for your health and enjoyment.

Not too different from our wines we carefully process our olives and utilize a natural process.

After process and refinement we have a beautiful biproduct to share. A stunning blend of four olive varietals.

Dorval's unique terrain spans over 216 acres at over 1,000 feet elevation and diverse terrains.

Groves

Starting soon visitors will be able to walk our olive groves or enjoy a picnic in the olive grove.

Vineyard Activities

Rolling hills of vineyard set the stage when you arrive. Visitors can also enjoy a walk or picnic in the vineyards.

Sheep

Our hard working sheep help us regenerate our soils and fertilize our vineyards and orchards.

Chicken

From Egg production to weed management our lovely chickens play an important role in soil health and environmental balance.

FOOD

Members enjoy food gardens where they can purchase food at steep discounts, eat healthy and hopefully save a little from the high costs of grocery produce. (Gardens are under development and will be available in late winter 2026.)

Our owners are stewards of their land. With a focus on carbon sequestering, soil enrichment and diversity.
